Leadership

Alison Davis is the Business Operations Director for the Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency. She leads the Support Services division in managing revenue collection, overseeing various contracts, creating the department budget, and advancing marketing, safety, business, and strategic initiatives. Her role supports the other department divisions in achieving their programmatic goals through human resources administration and assisting with special projects in collaboration with the Department Director.

She joined the County in 2023. Prior to joining the County, she served as director in healthcare and academic medicine in Connecticut.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in art history from the College of the Holy Cross, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from John Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration in management with a concentration in accounting from Albertus Magnus College.
